The SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract provides access to Engineering, Technical, & Programmatic Support Services as required by the Navy Virtual Systems Command, its related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field affiliates.

Quality Assurance:

Liberty Solutions’ Quality Assurance Program is designed to establish the goals, processes, and responsibilities required to implement effective quality control/assurance functions and measures for the Seaport Enhanced program and projects. This program is used for managing quality planning, assurance, and control activities during all life-cycle phases of the program. This program will provide Liberty Solutions’ with appropriate visibility into the processes being used and the quality of the products being developed, thereby improving the value and maintainability of those products and services.
